What this site is

This site shares information about Caroline Elizabeth Jones and the coaching, speaking and advisory services of Roads Travelled. Using the site, filling out a form or taking the self-check does not create a coaching or client relationship. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement.

Coaching is not therapy

Coaching is not therapy, counseling, medical care, or legal or financial advice. Nothing on this site, in the self-check or in any follow-up note is a diagnosis or a substitute for care from a licensed professional. You are responsible for your own decisions and results.

The self-check

The "Which road are you on?" self-check is a reflection tool. It offers a starting point for thinking about how you respond under pressure. It is not a psychological assessment.

Roads Travelled™, the ROADS Method™, the self-check and all text, design and materials on this site belong to Roads Travelled, LLC or its licensors. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, adapt, sell or use them to deliver coaching, training or other services without our written permission.

Using the site

Please do not misuse the site. That includes submitting false information, sending spam, trying to access systems you are not authorized to use or interfering with how the site works.
